I create a safe and affirming space where you can openly share your experiences of discrimination and societal stigma without judgment. Together, we work on challenging internalised negative beliefs and reframing how you view yourself in the face of minority stress. I also support you in developing coping strategies like mindfulness and connecting with affirming communities to protect your mental health.
Fear of Rejection
I help you explore the fears and anxieties surrounding rejection so we can build your resilience and self-worth. We develop personalized plans to navigate disclosure and relationships that prioritize your emotional safety. I validate your feelings and empower you to make choices that foster authentic connections while protecting your well-being.
Identity Exploration & Coming out
I support you in exploring and affirming your sexual orientation and gender identity at your own pace in a non-judgmental space. We discuss the coming out process together, including timing and safety, to help reduce anxiety around disclosure. My goal is to help you integrate your identity into a positive and authentic sense of self, fostering self-acceptance and confidence.
